last Wednesday was a memorable day
no, it was an unforgettable day, to be exact
million thanks to Shean
she picked me up after her class in the afternoon and off we went to One Utama for lunch with SabShean behind the wheel of her bf's precious drive
when we reached, we entered the shop where Sab was supposed to be working at, but she was no where to be found
asked the store assistant and she has no idea at all of a person named Sabrina
walked out of the store with puzzled looks and called Sab
guess what?
Shean mistook that Sab was transferred to One Utama from Pavilion but it was actually her store supervisor who got transferred
we went all the way to One Utama for nothing
and to think that i had a 1000 word marketing essay to rush for that day
and the embarrassment endured in the store
and being laughed at by Sab
hmph
days with Shean never quite ran smooth
well, so we decided to go for lunch at Sakae Sushi after Little Miss Picky (Shean) toured practically the entire mall in search for the 'perfect' restaurant
I would not say the food there is great, as it did not live up to my expectations
but the price is fairly cheap, compared to other Japanese restaurantssalmon sushi going for RM1.90 per plate (2 pieces)
this is 2 plates in 1, darlingsspicy salmon sushiand the most displeased dish of allcan you see how poorly served it was?
and look at the size!
did not manage to spend more than RM10 on that meal
I wonder if i am supposed to jump for joy
we bought practically nothing that day although we shopped for god knows how many hours
while waiting for both of our bfs to arrive in KL from Redang
see?
we are great girlfriends! *ahem*
was prepared to leave after giving up on pointless shopping but our dear Shean forgot her car's location
you think that my day could not get any worse?
just wait
en route to the pickup point, we drove really slow to kill time
and i mean really slow, like 40km per hour on the highway
and that doesn't matter
what really matters is that we got lost on the way, even when we were driving slowly, thanks to Shean's instincts
nevertheless, we managed to arrive safely and on time for the boys to have dinner together before heading home with 6 of us in a Proton Satria Neo
awesome day? not.
